About Ethann

Ethann G. Castell is a coach, trainer and innovator who specialises in helping companies adapt and improve their ways of working through a pragmatic blend of Agile, Scrum, Lean and Design Thinking. He is an author whose work has featured in publications such as Wired and The Huffington Post, and the founder of The School Of Innovation, an online school teaching mastery of Innovation, Agility and Creativity.

Ethann’s started his career in technology and has included stints in diverse roles including software developer, solutions architect, business analyst, project manager and PMO lead. He graduated with an MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management, has several Agile and Design Thinking certifications, and has qualifications in training design and delivery.

You might find Ethann hiking remote trails, traveling to an exotic destination, wandering around second-hand bookstores, or at home trying not to drink too much coffee. Ethann lives in Sydney, Australia, with his wife Louisa, and their two children. He can be reached at
