Qantas phone customer put on hold – for 15 hours


It took him 15 hours to think about hanging up and calling back again? Why is the SMH bagging Qantas instead of calling this guy an idiot?

Another example of the degradation of SMH’s journalism standards. The guy’s call got lost in the phone queue.  Technology, like life, is not perfect. Hardly cause for a front page story.
